Being an Age Manager Assistant is a fun and rewarding way for youth members aged 13-15 years old to support our young Nippers as they learn surf safety, build confidence, and have a blast at the beach. You don’t need to be a lifesaver or have any special skills – we’ll give you all the training and support you need.
Being an Age Manager Assistant is a rewarding way to:
- Play an active role in your child’s lifesaving journey
- Help create a fun, safe and inclusive environment for all our kids
- Work alongside other volunteers/legends – it’s the best way to find new friends!
What do you need?
- Complete online Age Manager Assistant courses (that you can do in your own time)
- A positive attitude and a love for helping kids learn and grow
If you’re already at the beach on Sundays, why not get a little more involved? It’s a great way to give back, meet other members, and be part of something awesome.
