Redcliffe Peninsula SLSC is undergoing significant renovations which will see a doubling of floor space. It is expected the renovation will conclude early in the season.
When completed, the club will comprise a single structure combining the main building with a new, enlarged structure currently being constructed on the site of the old gear shed located behind the main building.
The clubhouse will provide additional storage space for essential gear and equipment for junior activities and lifesaving. This includes space for a new Inflatable Rescue Boat, as well as the club’s Surf Rescue Vehicle making it accessible for use by club members. Importantly, the new building will include a state-of-the-art, air-conditioned training room with AV and other technology to enable classroom-based learning for members.
